The questions international buyers ask us most often before placing an order.
What lifting capacities and spans can you manufacture?
We build lifting equipment from 0.5 to 500 tons, with spans from roughly 3 m on jib cranes up to 40 m on double girder overhead and gantry cranes. Capacity, span, lifting height and duty class are all engineered to your application rather than picked from a fixed catalogue.
Which design standards do you build to?
Cranes are designed and fabricated to FEM, DIN, ISO or Chinese GB standards, depending on the market and the specification you require. European FEM/DIN designs are available where a lighter, more compact crane with a smaller headroom and wheel load is needed.
Are your cranes CE certified?
Yes. Our certifications include CE, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, SGS, BV, GB/T 14406. CE documentation, test reports, drawings and manuals are compiled in English and shipped with every crane.
How is each crane tested before it leaves the factory?
Every crane goes through incoming material inspection against mill certificates, in-process weld and dimensional checks, ultrasonic and magnetic-particle testing on load-bearing welds, and a full assembly inspection. Before shipment each crane is static load tested at 125% and dynamic load tested at 110% of rated capacity.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Lead time depends on capacity, duty class and options. As a reference point, the two 50-ton double girder cranes we supplied to a Saudi rolling mill were manufactured and commissioned within 12 weeks. Send us your specification and we will confirm a firm schedule with your quotation.

Need a crane engineered to your requirements?
